Usually come here for a morning coffee and croissant , tried lunch . It was absolutely fantastic, great service, atmosphere fresh food , over all . Great spot if you’re looking for a cafe bistro vibe or brunch . They have a cafe , bar and restaurant room in the back. They also host events.

After a long morning of touring Florence, the owner of Blend Eat welcomed us and went "above and beyond" to make us happy. Great meal! Beautiful Christmas decorations! Relaxing and peaceful atmosphere.... and the best customer service ever. Lunch was delicious. As we were leaving, we learned that they had actually run out of chicken but the owner had run to a nearby grocery store to get more so that I wouldn't be disappointed. Incredibly sweet and kind man. Best chicken sandwich ever :-). We will be back. In the meantime and if you are in Florence, you definitely need to go see them :-).

We came to Blend Eat Cafe with our family after a long day of travel to Florence. Immediately we were welcomed by Joesph and Angelica who were so friendly!!! They made us feel right at home and the vibes were immaculate! They made us some fantastic drinks and the food was fantastic! It’s a must try for when you come to Florence honestly. We will definitely be coming back! Amazing food and even better people, great service with genuine warmth which is hard to come by. Highly recommend you come to blend eat with your friends and family!

Good experience for a late night eat for our first night in Florence. The food is reliable, not exceptional or disappointing but a solid choice when you need a quick bite to eat. The ravioli is a must!

I went into Blendeat the first time only because I had an hour+ wait to be let into my rental across the street. I had a couple of drinks and was taken by the friendly, welcoming atmosphere as well as the quirky interior design. I returned a night later because there was a threat of rain and I didn't want to go far. The meal was delicious, as was the house wine. During my 2 week stay in Florence, I returned often to Blendeat, sampling a variety of meals from its eclectic menu. The Tuscan burger was the amongst the best burgers I've had, accompanied by fries as good as can be found in Belgium. There are several ceviche & tartar meals; I had the fish ones and they were delicious. There are also pasta and vegan options. Blendeat is open all day. It seems to be something of an amalgam of a breakfast cafe/coffee shop/cocktail bar/restaurant. Anyway, it works. Simply a great place to eat in Florence that provides an alternative to pizzerias & standard Tuscan cuisine. The staff are all terrific, friendly & attentive. A special shoutout to the manager Joseph, who always greeted me with a smile & a handshake.
